Fitness World takes pride in its stellar aerobics programs. With more than 50 aerobics and spinning classes a week offered for a variety of fitness levels, members are able to find the right class at the right time! All aerobics team members are certified in CPR and are either certified to teach aerobics through a national aerobics (or spinning) organization or are working toward their certification. Our instructors, while also emphasizing safety, are known for their fun and challenging choreography, great music, and motivating energy.

Fitness World has  a highly qualified staff of certified Group Exercise instructors. All our instructors are certified in either Group Exercise or a specialty class by a nationally recognized certification board. They are also certified in CPR and are committed to continuing their education to bring you the latest in innovative programming. Come join us for a great workout and a lot of fun!
