Cardio

STEP II: A high intensity class for the intermediate level participant with knowledge of step moves. This step class utilizes intermediate level choreography and power moves.

STEP II+: A high intensity class for the advanced participant with a high fitness level and experience on the step. Step II+ offers advanced level choreography including power moves, detailed footwork, plus an additional 15 minutes of abs.

STEP II Circuit : A high intensity class for the intermediate level participant with knowledge of step moves. This step class utilizes intermediate level choreography and power moves in combination with sets of muscle conditioning. Get the best of a fun step workout with overall body conditioning!

CARDIO MIX +: A high-energy cardio workout, which combines, high and low impact moves. This 1.25 hr. class gives you those extra minutes of exercise for an added cardiovascular benefit!

CARDIO INTERVAL: A high-energy cardio workout, which alternates short cardio bursts with strength training. You'll never be bored with constantly changing exercises and alternating intensity levels.

CARDIO BLAST: A high-energy cardio workout which combines a varied format of abdominal training and 2 types of cardiovascular activity to help you get in great aerobic shape!

POWER LOW CIRCUIT: A complete. Cardio workout of low impact aerobics with power! You will keep the impact on the body down and the workout on the heart and lungs high. Additionally, this class combines low impact high intensity cardio segments alternated with segments of resistance training.

 

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Practice basic kickboxing moves to a hard-core choreographed beat! This workout integrates general boxing jabs and kicks for a "kick butt" workout! This class can be done with or without impact training. Ultimate Kickboxing Challenge: Come and experience the challenge of a lifetime! This intense kickboxing workout includes bag work to add resistance training to a high-level of cardio conditioning.

Strength/Conditioning

ABS: A 15-minute torso-training workout. Prepare to work all the core muscles in a focused way to increase strength and endurance of the abdominals and lower back.

CARDIO AND FLEX: A basic level cardiovascular and flexibility workout designed to improve cardiac strength and muscular and joint flexibility. Designed for mature participants, but all ages' are welcome!

MUSCLE PUMP: Advanced body conditioning to music! Spend 5 minutes on each major muscle group including legs, shoulders, chest, back, arms and abs. POWER MP: Utilizes heavier weights and shorter segments for increasing power.

UPPER/ LOWER BODY BLAST: Blast your upper or lower body into tiptop condition. This class will lead you through conditioning exercises, focusing on the specific areas you want to target .

Mind/ Body/ Spirit

YOGA: Improve your strength and flexibility with this popular form of mind body exercise. Practice the basic principles of Yoga with a mix of relaxation techniques to experience a one of a kind workout. Come to de-stress, revitalize and add inner peace.

 

POWER YOGA: Practice Ashtanga Yoga , a more powerful form of this mind/body art. This workout will leave you feeling stronger, longer!

PILATES: A strength and flexibil ity workout for your core muscles designed to strengthen and lengthen your body. The newest workout of the Millennium! BALL PILATES: offers the additional challenge of using a resist-a-ball, requiring added control.

30/30: 30 Minutes of Cardio + 30 minutes of Yoga! Get the best of both world in one hour.

Specialty Classes and Spinning

BOSU (xp): A core strength and cardio workout designed to get you fit with a Bosu. This half/ball balance trainer is designed to integrate balance into every aspect of your workout. We dare everyone to try this fun and innovative class!

BOOT CAMP: Cardio and strength training without the choreography. Designed for participants who want focused drills and challenging strength training.

SPORTS CONDITIONING: Strength training drills specific to the muscle groups used in most sports, this class will help you improve your sports performance, reduce the risk of injury, correct muscle imbalances, and improve mobility.

GROUP CYCLING/SPINNING: THE BEST WORKOUT YOU CAN GET ON A BIKE THAT GOES NOWHERE BUT ALL OVER!. (see brochure)

Kidzercise: A 30-minute activity class designed especially for kids! Recommended for all preschool aged children.
