Fitness World is a wonderful place to be a kid! We have a great kid's room, with plenty of games, toys, and nice grown-ups to look after the little ones. Plus, we have all kinds of neat activities, classes and camps that will put a smile on the faces of kids and parents alike.

Parents' Night Out: Playtime for Mom and Dad

The Kids' Room

Our Kids' Rooms are veritable kid wonderlands! With separate infant areas, age-appropriate toys, play kitchenette and stove, reading nook, snack area, and big kids' loft with Nintendo Gamecube, your children will have plenty to keep them occupied. Plus, our Kids' Room staff is competent, caring, and always looking for ways to make your child's experience the best it can be.

Kidfitness: A sports break for the kids in the basketball court. Kids will have tons of fun playing together with the balls, bats, hula hoops, and games while their parents hit the treadmill or weights.  Kidfitness is held every weekday from 10-11 am.  This program is currently free!  Parents must be in the building during this class. 

Kidsercise: This 30-minute activity class designed especially for kids includes fun and active movements to enhance coordination and fitness.  Recommended for all pre-school aged children.  This class is held once a week.  This Program is currently free!

Parent's Night Out: Playtime for Mom and Dad
Here's a special treat for the whole family!  Enjoy an evening out without the kids, while your kids eat pizza and play! The 3rd Friday of each month from 6:30-9:30 PM, we'll be your own kid-sitting service. Just drop your children off in the kid's room, and we'll have plenty of fun activities for them to do--three solid hours worth of games, food, movies, arts and crafts and lots of other exhausting fun! Parents are free to leave the premises or may stay to get in a good workout before the weekend really gets going! Parent's Playtime is ideal for parents and kids alike: parents are assured of inexpensive, quality care in an environment their children are familiar with, and kids get to enjoy a fun, activity-filled night with other children.

Registration due Thursday by noon.  Limited to 25 children. You may sign up at the front desk, or call us at 544-9000.

Parents must show ID when picking up their children!
Cost: $15 per child/$7.50 for each additional child.

 

Plan ahead - Parent's Night Out Schedule: 

It's offered the 3rd Friday of every month unless there's a holiday that week then its moved. Call Fitness world at (919) 544-900 for sign up. Child must be signed up by noon on the Thursday before PNO, ages 3-12 and potty trained.
