Welcome to Master Group Cycling!

What is Master
Group Cycling?
• A 40-45 minute high intensity group cycling class designed to challenge your
intensity
through focused high intensity drills using heart rate monitors and/or RPE
(Heart rate monitors are not required but recommended)
When is Master
Group Cycling offered?
• 2-4th Saturdays of the month @ 11:15 am.
Please note that an optional self-guided warm up period will be offered from
11am -11:15 am. The instructor will be present during this time to help with set
up and establishing heart rate training zones.
