Our trainers are required to hold at least one NATIONAL certification and undergo two weeks of an in house process we call "on boarding" before they become a Fitness World fitness trainer. Sessions are 1 hr long for individuals and couples. 1hr 15 minutes for groups
Our trainers will help you decide what would be an appropriate number of sessions based on your goals and any financial concerns you may have.
Excluding INTRO prices, prices are based on PER session fee's.

Brian Beatty, PT
Brian received his undergraduate and physical therapy degrees from UNC- Chapel Hill. He has been active in private orthopedic practice in the Chapel Hill and Durham area since graduation. He is active in many professional groups, such as, American Physical Therapy Association and Triangle Orthopedic Study Group.

Robert A.
Schneider, MS, PT, ATC-L
Rob is a board certified and state licensed Athletic Trainer and Physical
Therapist. He is a founding partner of Progress Physical Therpay of Chapel Hill
and President of the company. For the past 11 years Rob was a member of
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Sports Medicine
Department. He worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for the men's lacrosse,
wrestling, and field hockey teams as well as the team Physical Therapist for the
men's and women's golf teams. He has also served as an assistant Athletic
Trainer for the UNC football team for 10 years. Rob received his Physical
Therapy degree from Boston University in 1989 and an advanced master's degree
from UNC-CH with an emphasis in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He has since
focused his clinical work in the areas of the shoulder, spine, and knees.
Rob has also published and presented at national conferences.
