EDUCATION:
Eastern Michigan University B.S. Degree in Physical Education
(strength and conditioning), Personal training certification
through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA),
Certified in (AFAA) Aerobic Fitness Association of America,
Keiser M3 certified, TRX certified
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
Brad utilizes functional training methods. He enjoys selecting
exercises that are appropriately challenging and new. Brad
motivates and encourages individuals to be their best. Brad
knows that everyday he works out he is doing something that is
going to improve his life and want to show you how easily you
can incorporate this into your life.
WHY THE FITNESS INDUSTRY:
Brad picked the fitness industry not only because his
participation as a football player and coach in high school and
college sports, but more importantly his personal connection due
to family members that suffer from weight related issues. Brad
passionately believes that with the proper education and
motivation every individual can become healthier and have a
better quality of life through physical fitness. |

B.S Integrated Science & Technology, Concentration:
Biotechnology, Minor: Public Health : James Madison University,
2002, ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2002, ACE Lifestyle
and Weight Management Consultant since 2004
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:
Amy believes in finding a way to make exercise exciting and
challenging for yourself. She encourages clients to try new
things and to learn how to reach their full potential in health
and fitness. She believes that one needs to put their health as
a high priority in their life to enable them to give of
themselves to family and friends as they desire.
WHY THE FITNESS INDUSTRY:
Amy began gymnastics at the age of 4 and competed at the
national level up through college. She discovered weight
training in college and quickly became hooked. After graduating
college she realized that she wanted to use her education in
public health to help people improve their fitness level and to
teach them the joy of working hard to meet a challenge you never
thought your body was capable of doing. |

EDUCATION:
Graduated in 2001 with a B.A. Pre-Medical Biology and
Pre-Medical Chemistry, Certified in 2004 as a Defensive
Tactics/Use of Force Instructor, Certified in 2006 as an
American Counsel on Exercise Personal Trainer, Certified in 2008
as a Russian Kettlebell Challenge Instructor (R.K.C), Always
continuing to pursue additional training to challenge himself
and clients.
TRAINING
PHILOSOPHY:
Physical change
requires physical work. Chris guides his clients towards their
goals utilizing traditional and non-traditional (kettlebells,
clubs, sledgehammers, tires, etc…) techniques, while maximizing
intensity, and guiding nutrition. Chris finds creative and
unique ways to utilize common gym equipment.
WHY THE FITNESS INDUSTRY:
Chris believes most individuals have hidden potential they don’t
even realize. He is in the fitness industry to help individuals
surpass those pre-conceived limits and accomplish goals they
never thought possible. |
